Turbine foundations
This photo was taken from 0.8 of a mile from the village of Forth in Scotland. The turbine (part of the Black Law Wind Farm) in the background is merely 110m to the tip of the blades (as opposed to the 126.5m proposed in Heydon).
The nearest turbine on the Black Law Wind Farm is over 2km from the centre of Forth, whereas every single one of the 11 turbines proposed at Heydon Grange are within 2km of the centre of Heydon.

A new model covering the 8 turbine proposal will be posted soon.

Please note you will need to have installed Google Earth (earth.google.co.uk) to view the models. In addition to the 11 or 6 turbines, we have included two points of reference in order to clarify the size of the turbines. The first is a standard sized agricultural driver with a six foot person standing alongside. The second is somewhat more out of context: a Boeing 747 aeroplane.
